What is a childminder?

A childminder is a childcare worker who provides highly specialized childcare and foster the healthy growth and development of the child's mind and body while carefully giving each child a nurturing environment.

In order to provide a childcare environment fufilling the needs of each child, I can look after a small group of up to four children aged 0 to 12 years old. My basic philosophy is that even within a group, each child has his own attention needs and require special dedication to support his evolution and fulfill his potential.
